Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Science Teacher to join a supportive science department.

As a Science Teacher, you will inspire students to develop a love for the subject while ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Science for students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the Science curriculum.
  • Support the school's extracurricular activities related to Science, such as clubs or trips.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • A strong passion for Science and education, with a commitment to student success.
  • Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4 (experience with Key Stage 5 is a bonus).
  • A flexible, professional approach to teaching.
  • A DBS on the update service or the willingness to purchase a new one through Aspire People.
