Academic Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Liaison Librarian to join our team on a part-time basis, working 18 hours per week.
In this role, you will provide specialist library support for a specified curriculum area at the University, leveraging your expertise in academic and information skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering teaching activities in academic and information skills.
- Collaborating with academic staff to plan and deliver curricula.
- Providing subject matter expertise in academic and information skills, including enquiry services and specialist support.
- Crafting engaging digital learning environments through innovative teaching strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Library and Information qualification and relevant experience.
- Digital literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing academic skills, research skills, or related areas.
The estimated salary for this position is £29.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
