**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Fashion Liaison Specialist to join our team at Selfridges in Birmingham. This is a full-time role based in Birmingham, working 37.5 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, sharing this knowledge with customers to deliver exceptional sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • An understanding of fashion industry trends and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
