Motor Vehicle Instruction Lead

As a Motor Vehicle Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training to learners, guiding them towards achieving their goals.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with learners to ensure they receive the best possible education.
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
Key Tasks- Develop and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring lesson plans are prepared prior to sessions and linked to overarching Schemes of Work.
- Deliver Motor Vehicle qualifications from level 1 to level 3 in a classroom-based or workplace environment, with full training provided.
- Support learners on an individual basis, addressing academic or personal difficulties.
- Assess learners' work against awarding body and Ofsted CIF criteria.
- A Level 3 vocational qualification or evidence of occupational competence in Motor Vehicles.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 with length of service.
