About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Support Specialist to join our Birmingham-based Motor Fulfilment team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and managing the external engineers' workload by arranging inspections of vehicles following a motor claim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed key customer metrics while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Handle inspection requests for Low Speed Impact and Without Prejudice inspections.
  • Lead, develop, and use judgment to deliver exceptional performance in line with Direct Line Group values and strategy.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources to meet customer demands and achieve business Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage operational costs effectively.
  • Identify, own, and manage risks involved in running our business.
