About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Motor Fulfilment team as a Motor Claims Support Advisor on a full-time and permanent basis in Birmingham. As a Motor Claims Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience when making a motor claim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange inspections of vehicles following a motor claim.
  • Manage the external engineers' workload efficiently to ensure that claims are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
