We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor Claims Support Advisor to join our Birmingham-based Motor Fulfilment team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Purpose of the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll provide support to external engineers by arranging vehicle inspections following motor claims. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service, efficient routes, and speedy payments.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed key customer metrics, prioritising fairness and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage inspection requests for Low Speed Impact, Credit Hire, and Without Prejudice cases.
- Lead and develop your performance, adhering to Direct Line Group values and strategy.
- Optimise resource allocation to meet customer demands and achieve business Service Level Agreements.
- Control operational costs effectively.
- Identify and manage risks associated with running the business, interacting with internal and external contacts.

Contract Details:
Permanent position.
35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm).
Birmingham location (Livery Street).
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office.
