Salary: £13 - £18 per hour depending on experience

Contract: 3 months - potential for more

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Butler Rose. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll, including inputting and making changes to payroll data
  • Managing payroll queries and resolving issues
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, including pension regulations and Auto Enrolment
  • Preparing payroll for the Payroll Manager
  • Entering payroll onto the Auto Pay BACS system
  • RTI submissions and Summary reports
  • Checking calculations and expenses for accuracy and compliance
  • Reconciling payroll codes
  • Providing occasional assistance with Accounts Payable ledger

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll and pension regulations
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
