Sales Director, Mid-Market Expansion

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Mid-Market segment.
- Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team.
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of Account Managers with demonstrated success in a competitive Mid-Market segment.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation, and/or project management of sales initiatives.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPIs, the frequency and impact of these root causes, and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed.
- Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion.
