Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Mid-Market Expansion team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing team, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Coach and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
