Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Director to lead our retail and educational parking operations in the Midlands/Northampton region. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance customer parking journeys and maximise revenue opportunities.
About the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, ideally in a parking or customer-focused environment.
- Proven track record in leading teams, inspiring performance, and driving continuous improvement in a client service setting.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored parking solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement new opportunities to support and improve the customer parking journey across both sectors.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with third-party suppliers to enhance operational capabilities and support the smooth running of parking services.
- Resolve all operational and commercial problems within the scope of the contract and prepare responses within established timeframes to service complaints and contractual issues raised.
