About the Role

Salary and Benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least two years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and increasing team productivity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
