Account Growth Specialist

We're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our New Business Sales team at Revolut. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting, outreach, and deal closure, owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to activation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from onboarding to daily usage.
As a successful Account Executive, you will have a strong track record of success in outbound sales and prospecting, with a proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of leads. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Revolut Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and outreach across multiple touch points and channels
- Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy
- Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management
- Liaising customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders
- Being autonomous to effectively balance your time and engage your team
- Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
- A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
- Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
