Job Title: Senior Performance Engineer

A challenging role has become available at Haas F1 Team, working with historic cars. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the running of all historic car programs including Testing Previous Car (TPC), Testing Mule Car (TMC) and show car.
  • In addition to program management, when on event, responsible for fulfilling the role of Test Engineer, managing the setup, run plan and operation of the car.
  • Expected to attend all Heritage Car associated events.

Requirements:
  • Engineering degree, minimum 2:1.
  • Robust technical background in racing car performance / vehicle dynamics.
  • Strong and wide-ranging technical background covering all aspects involved in the design, construction, and operation of Formula 1 cars.
  • Rapid decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical manner.
