Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and technical assistance to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide high-level administrative support to staff, clients, and guests.
- Communicate with managers and clients on job or deadline issues.
- Handle additional projects as assigned and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize work, balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
