Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Secretary. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the preparation of clinical rooms and closing down rooms at the end of the day.
  • Preparing supplies for satellite clinics.
  • Undertaking urine testing, pregnancy testing, collecting samples and documenting/storing samples safely.
  • Chaperoning patients during procedures.
  • Offering and performing asymptomatic screens to eligible patients.
  • Cleaning and tidying clinical rooms and checking/documenting room temperature daily.
