Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Concierge Services Director to join our London office. As the primary point of contact for Concierge services, you will be responsible for enhancing the member experience through efficient service delivery and strategic relationship-building. This role demands strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that align with Insignia's goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head of Personal Assistant & Board to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Provide comprehensive training to new staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- Work closely with the Head of Front Office and Quality Department to develop and maintain procedures, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Foster a positive company culture, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among employees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety protocols, and other relevant laws and policies.

Requirements
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or a related field, with a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement change initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and systems.
