We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager - Estate Agent to lead our residential sales team in Bodmin.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career with a supportive Area Manager and team. You will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, leading by example and delegating tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Securing market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales and mortgage introductions

- A Full UK driving licence
The competitive basic salary of £60,000 comes with uncapped commission opportunities, making this a lucrative career move. You will also be eligible for a Company Car or Car Allowance.
