Job Title: West Side HR Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client in the west side of Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of HR services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and data records systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless communication and documentation processes.
  • Respond to and follow up on HR-related inquiries, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Participate in forward planning activities and projects to develop an effective HR service.
  • Continuously update your knowledge and understanding of HR practices, applying this expertise to enhance HR processes.

A minimum of 1 year's experience in administration, particularly within HR, is essential. Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to work are required.

Salary:

£15.50 - £17.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
