Job Summary

Search is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team on a temporary 6-month contract. As an HR Administrator, you will deliver core HR services, supporting various HR processes and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end administrative support for recruitment processes, including graduate recruitment, summer placements, and the annual NQ process
  • Assist with various HR projects as required, contributing to their success
  • Maintain and update the HR system
  • Utilise the HRIS to generate timely and precise reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Assistant role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and the ability to use data effectively to inform business priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum and a hybrid working policy with up to 2 days working from home.
