Job Description:

Oakbank Care Home requires an experienced Office Administrator Assistant to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, performing general administrative tasks, and contributing to the creation of a positive and supportive work environment.

This role involves handling filing and record maintenance tasks, utilizing your excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, a contracted schedule of 16 hours per week over two days (Saturday and Sunday), and pension scheme membership. Additionally, you will be provided with a uniform and enjoy five weeks' annual leave based on a full-time contract.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
