Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and mealtime assistance
- Following care plans and ensuring that each resident receives the right level of care and attention
- Providing one-to-one time with residents, engaging them in activities and promoting their well-being
About You:
- You should have experience of caring for older people, either in a residential or healthcare setting
- You should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm-hearted approach
- You should be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
