About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our medical team, including typing and managing correspondence, updating CRM systems, and uploading reports and documents.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Handle sensitive telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a healthcare/medical setting.
- Relevant exposure in mental health/counselling/psychology or similar studies.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
