Dementia Care Specialist

As a Dementia Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Our complex care homes provide specialist support for individuals with advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
We're looking for someone with experience of caring for older people, who has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted nature will shine through as you build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
