About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Healthcare Professional. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our medical team, including typing and managing correspondence, updating CRM systems, and uploading reports and documents.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Handle sensitive telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support in a healthcare/medical setting.
  • Relevant exposure in mental health/counselling/psychology or similar studies.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
