About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your role will involve creating safe and supportive environments, making critical clinical decisions, and providing exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop tailored care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
- Provide medicine safely and deliver excellence in everything you do
- Utilize your professional judgment to make informed decisions that prioritize resident well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care coordination

About You
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who possesses current NMC registration and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Your expertise in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. Additionally, you must have a good knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
