Healthcare Service Assistant

Barchester Healthcare is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to join our regional care team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, adhering to our strict guidelines and protocols.
- Contribute to person-centred care planning, working collaboratively with colleagues to create individualised plans.
- Record vital signs and observations accurately, ensuring seamless communication between shifts.
To excel in this role, you will need a strong background in care, holding relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential, with travel costs reimbursed beyond five miles from your primary residence.
