About the Role:
">- This is an exciting opportunity to join Remedicare as a Senior Healthcare Assistant Lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care team in providing person-centered care to our residents. This role involves working closely with the care team to develop and implement care plans, conducting regular assessments, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify the needs of our residents.
- Mentor and train care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
">- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Medication Trained.
Our ideal candidate will be a Senior Healthcare Assistant with a passion for delivering high-quality care. They will be well-organized, able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.
">Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
