Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, adhering to our rigorous standards.
  • Participate in person-centred care planning, working closely with colleagues to create tailored plans.
  • Document observations and vital signs accurately, ensuring seamless communication between shifts.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent, as well as a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. Travel costs will be reimbursed beyond five miles from your primary residence.

Estimated salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
