About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester care homes. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver high-quality care and support across a 20-mile radius to help our residents get the most out of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the delivery of care when on duty, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

With a background in care essential for this role, you will hold relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent. You will also need a valid driving license and own car or access to one, with travel covered beyond five miles from your main home.
