Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Daytime Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Harmony Healthcare.

You will be working with a young adult male who requires care and support in his daily life, including PEG feeding and Nebulisers.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Daytime Healthcare Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in epilepsy and PEG feeding, as well as a passion for person-centred care.

Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a community-based complex care setting.
