We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our rapidly growing team at First Option Healthcare.
Salary: Estimated £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
This role involves providing compassionate care and support to adults in their own homes, requiring the ability to use complex care equipment and carry out complex care procedures.
The successful candidate will have experience working with adults or children with seizure management, suctioning, non-invasive ventilation, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caring for patients within their own home and building a rapport with family members
- Supporting clients outside of the home where required, i.e., medical appointments
- Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures
Benefits:
- Weekly payments
- £250 referral fee
- 3 months rolling rota
- Permanent and additional ad-hoc work available
