Main Responsibilities:

Duties

  • Respond promptly to event inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely communication and follow-up within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Maximize hotel revenue by upselling food, beverages, and rooms, capitalizing on every opportunity.
  • Prepare and disseminate accurate function sheets, incorporating all necessary amendments and ensuring timely updates to relevant departments.
  • Effectively manage and work within various budgets to ensure events are consistently profitable.
  • Promptly input reservations and data for group inquiries and bookings, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish clear communication channels with other departments to address special requests and reservation-related matters.
  • Maintain open communication with all staff regarding group-related topics, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure adherence to AccorHotel brand and company standards, incorporating updates as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain security and safety procedures, prioritizing guest well-being and safety.
  • Promote a positive work environment by cultivating a strong team spirit and fostering outstanding customer service.

Customer Relations:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Set a positive example by attentively addressing guest requests, striving for Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Take initiative to ensure interactions with customers (internal or external) are positive and productive, involving the Manager on Duty as needed.
  • Cultivate trust and collaboration with colleagues and management to achieve departmental and hotel goals.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with respect, sensitivity, and transparency, regardless of cultural background.
  • Identify opportunities to promote special offers and hotel facilities, actively selling to enhance guest experience.
