**Meetings and Events Planning Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Planning Manager to join our team at Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel. This role will involve planning and coordinating large hotel events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate meetings.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistical arrangements.
- Ensure seamless execution of events by managing all aspects of event planning, including catering, decor, and logistics.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive incremental spending on events and increase revenue for the hotel.
- Communicate effectively with hotel operational teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working in a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for delivering exceptional events and providing outstanding customer service.
Salary and Benefits
