We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our RISE ED admin team based at Wood End Health Centre, Coventry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the RISE Team by providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support, including managing clinic appointments, electronic care records, and data input.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to telephone calls and greeting individuals in a welcoming manner.
  • Support the RISE admin team by managing administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet the needs of the service, prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
Requirements
  • Good general education, including GCSE English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills, with the ability to empathize with service users and deal with sensitive enquiries.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based at RISE Wood End Health Centre, Coventry. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly as part of a team to meet the needs of the service.
