The successful candidate will have extensive experience in email and push marketing, as well as expertise in ESPs (e.g., Braze), segmentation, and automation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver insights that enhance customer engagement and retention are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Lead the development and optimization of 'In-funnel' communications, including onboarding, retargeting, price alerts, and cross-sell campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver email and push marketing strategies
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns to meet targets and deliver quantifiable impact

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
