Job Title:

We are seeking a Development Management Specialist to join our team in Stevenage.

The successful candidate will have experience in development management implementation and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Development Management Implementation (DMI) Team is responsible for providing technical support to other service areas within the One Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of highway schemes for the public sector or developers.
  • Prepare and review transport assessments and other transport-related documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Masters in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related subject.
  • Autodesk Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver work on time.
