About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growth phase division as an Architectural Project Manager. You will be responsible for identifying and winning business with architects, designers, main contractors, specialist installers, and fabricators.

The role involves long-term project management, delivering CPD presentations to architects, managing relationships with main and regional contractors, and understanding specialist installer and fabricator companies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and win business with architects, designers, main contractors, specialist installers, and fabricators
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work with AutoCAD
  • Deliver CPD presentations to architects
  • Manage relationships with main and regional contractors
  • Understand specialist installer and fabricator companies

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in exterior specification sales dealing with architects
  • Sold a product to either architects, designers, or fabricators, or has worked for a fabricator
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle
  • Consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with good attention to detail
