We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our exceptional Electronic Engineering team at MBDA. As an Electronics Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and delivery of our world-class electronic equipment.

Dynamic (hybrid) working:

This role could be full time or part time (4 or 5 days per week). On site working would typically be 2 or 3 days a week, depending on the project needs and workload classification.

  • Pension: maximum total contribution of up to 14%
  • Overtime: opportunity for paid overtime
  • Enhanced parental leave: offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A demonstrable background in the engineering development of electronics units.
  • Experience in effective project management techniques, including risks, engaging with different parties, ensuring compliance, project configurations, and tracking earned value.
  • Consistent track record of delivering significant projects/programmes on time and within budget.
  • Experience in managing projects across all phases, from conception and initiation to manufacture, qualification, and customer delivery.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
