Project Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team in Henlow. As a key member of our construction and facilities department, you will be responsible for managing major, high-value construction and facilities projects, developing designs, and overseeing construction.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop designs and oversee construction of new infrastructure and improvement projects
- Manage construction and facilities projects from inception to completion
- Lead project teams comprising internal and external experts
- Proven experience as a project leader with excellent people leadership skills
- HNC qualification or higher in a relevant construction or FM field (desirable)
- Good knowledge of construction contract management and leading projects through RIBA Plan of Works stages
- Ability to present complex project proposals to senior collaborators
- Company Bonus: up to 21% of base salary
- Pension: maximum total contribution of up to 14%
- Dynamic Working: mix of on-site and remote working
- Enhanced parental leave: up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave
- Facilities: fantastic site facilities including subsidised meals and free car parking
£60,000 depending on experience
