We are looking for a skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team in Henlow. As a key member of our construction and facilities department, you will be responsible for managing major, high-value construction and facilities projects, developing designs, and overseeing construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop designs and oversee construction of new infrastructure and improvement projects
  • Manage construction and facilities projects from inception to completion
  • Lead project teams comprising internal and external experts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project leader with excellent people leadership skills
  • HNC qualification or higher in a relevant construction or FM field (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of construction contract management and leading projects through RIBA Plan of Works stages
  • Ability to present complex project proposals to senior collaborators
