Project Management Specialist

A leading Facilities Management company based in the UK is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project environments and be able to establish high standards of excellence in quality, safety, and operational performance.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Monitor the progress of projects to agreed time and standard of delivery.
- Assist delivery of projects through effective communication, ensuring staff members are fully competent and trained.
- Manage supply chain activities on site, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating as necessary.
- Provide regular project updates to the management team and support the Project Manager.
- Electrical qualifications preferred: 236 pt.
- SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS Supervisor (minimum).
- NVQ Level 3 in construction supervision, higher or equivalent.
- Good all-round knowledge of site management disciplines.
