Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Office, you will be responsible for organizing local and international travel, managing the CEO's extensive diary, and submitting and organizing expenses reports as needed.

Supporting the Sales and Trading Teams:

  • Provide ad hoc onsite conference and sales support to the European Corporate Marketing team.
  • Support the sales and trading teams in their daily activities, including those based in the EU office.

General Office Management:

  • Organize internal meetings, book rooms, and liaise with catering.
  • Greet clients, post merchandise, and handle any documents required.

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Manage the CEO's board and management reporting, including creating and collating reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in organizing changeable schedules.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in assisting multiple people with different demands.
  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to interact with all levels of staff and handle confidential information.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Previous relevant experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
