**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Commercial Team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer.

As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Commercial Officer, including diary management, meeting coordination, and email inbox management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage travel arrangements, including international and domestic trips, and create detailed itineraries and meeting schedules.
  • Raise invoices, including collating brand splits and liaising with Accounts Payable.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the department and manage stationery supplies.
  • Manage the distribution of magazine voucher copies and maintain the magazine cupboard.
  • Assist in planning and executing department events, such as sales days, quarterly all-hands meetings, and cultural events.
  • Manage client entertainment accounts and oversee the allocation and distribution of tickets.
  • Produce and send the weekly Ad Sales Newsletter to keep the team informed of developments.
