Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer

Immediate is a leading media company that brings together some of the biggest and most loved consumer brands in the UK. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Commercial Officer.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Chief Commercial Officer's diary, coordinating meetings, and overseeing travel and expenses. You will also provide administrative support to the wider team, including event planning, administrative tasks, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chief Commercial Officer's diary and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including event planning, administrative tasks, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Oversee travel and expenses, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Manage the distribution of magazine voucher copies and maintain the magazine cupboard
  • Assist in planning and executing department events, such as sales days, Quarterly All-Hands meetings, and cultural events
  • Organize Ad Sales training sessions and team strategy days
  • Manage client entertainment accounts and oversee the allocation and distribution of tickets
  • Produce and send the weekly Ad Sales Newsletter to keep the team informed of developments
  • Organize recognition initiatives, including SOTW (Salesperson of the Week) and Monday learning rotas
  • Update weekly Connect highlights for the department screen, ensuring diverse and engaging content is displayed
