Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our client's team in a 23 bedded children's residential home.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in a residential setting with young people who display challenging behaviors, and proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively, ensuring high standards of care.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per year (37.5 hours per week), with an achievable bonus of up to £5,000 (£3,500 for a Good Ofsted rating).
