About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Commercial Growth Manager to lead our commercial divisions' digital transformation by delivering commercial enablement that drives competitive advantage.

About the Role

This is a complex, high-impact role requiring a unique blend of high commercial acumen and deep technical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing the current portfolio of sales and commercial tools/technology stack with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key subject matter expert, central interface, facilitator, and enabler between Sales/Commercial teams and IT.
  • Lead execution of a comprehensive data, tools/technology & analytics strategy roadmap for Sales / Commercial to drive long-term enablers to high sales impact.
  • Drive the development of a core CRM platform to serve as the foundational pillar of the Commercial division's technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales planning, sales programs, and sales tool development/management, including technology and data acquisition strategies. They should also possess excellent database skills, including knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python, and VBA, as well as reporting, analytics, and statistical analysis capabilities.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per annum.
