We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of Teaching Assistant in Horley. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
About the JobAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities, and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will support students in a variety of subjects, including reading, writing, and maths, and assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic support to students in a variety of subjects
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
- Help to create a safe and supportive learning environment
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around £24,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
