Software Support and Service Excellence Professional

We are looking for a skilled Software Support and Service Excellence Professional to join our client's team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Job Description:
This full-time role involves working on software applications and resolving issues related to data correction and system performance. You will collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective service delivery strategies, leveraging industry-leading frameworks like ITIL. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will also be responsible for introducing Jira to the organization and facilitating its smooth integration into the existing workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the management team to design and implement efficient service delivery strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Jira
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software applications and data
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in Software Support or a similar field
* Strong knowledge of software applications, particularly those running on SQL systems
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
