Academic Support Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant to join our award-winning school in Horley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs. You will assist in creating and delivering a creative curriculum that caters to the individual needs of each student.
**Key Requirements:**
- A teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience
- Relevant SEN experience and references
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
