**Project Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Portfolio Director to join our team in Armagh. As a Construction Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of construction projects across various sectors, including the controlled and non-controlled sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Project Management or a Construction-related discipline and at least five years' experience in construction-related Project Management. They will also have demonstrable experience of making managerial and technical decisions, using the NEC 3 or NEC 4 Suite of Contracts, and knowledge of health and safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
